I am a speaker, trainer and coach. My passion lies with helping young people thrive and excel in their lives, and this has inspired and prompted me to create the 'Thrive Model' which enables & equips individuals in the areas of public speaking, mental health management and confidence building. I am a widow and I have 2 beautiful daughters. I love food and people! I am English by birth, Nigerian by blood and Indian by soul. My main core values are based on the belief and desire that all young people should accept and love themselves, see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, and live a life that they enjoy. We all deserve to thrive, and not just survive. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, so I believe that we are all connected and should look out for one another. Enough of the serious stuff, because I can be fun, weird and embarrassing to my children. I love life and I love living!
