Lois Michaloski has spent a lifetime seeking God and seeking avenues of healing. Her mind is full of questions, and she pursues answers with a passion. A key word to de-scribe her would be "curious." She loves to read, especially biographies and memoirs of others who spent their life also pursuing a deeper connection with God and learning/seeing how God loved and led them. Lois raised and homeschooled her five children, passing along her passion for reading and learning. After the death of her youngest son, she researched and learned about grief and loss, eventually earning a Certificate of Grief Education. After the death of her husband, she again sought avenues of healing. Following these avenues eventually resulted in this book. It is her hope and prayer that if you have been struggling in the valley of the shadows, "Hidden Within: A 40-Day Healing Journey with Jesus" can be one more helpful step in finding the healing and love that the Lord offers to each of us.
