Lea came to the United States in 1980 as the status of the "Boat People" refugee, who was sponsored by the Lutheran church in Minnesota. A graduate of Villanova University in Pennsylvania, Lea began her career as a medicinal chemist at big Pharmaceutical companies for 17 years where she holds patents on various drug discoveries. Prior to moving to Florida with her husband, she owned and operated a successful high-end window drapery business for ten years. It has been a rewarding journey that Lea had taken steps to unfold her potentials and to help others to discover their limitless boundary. As a speaker, Lea connects with her audiences and motivating them to seek opportunities by embracing the changes that were given to them. Her mission is to inspire people to transform, to step out of the shadow of fear, regret, and resentment to live a life full of passion and purpose.
