About the Author Jeffery J Jones Sr. He is a 22 year veteran of the armed forces. Upon retirement he worked 3 years as a police officer. During that time in law enforcement, observations on how a lack of education was a common denominator for many criminals changed his career path to education. After 15 years in education the author retired from his duties as an administrator due to disabilities incurred in the military.
