Growing up in the beautiful small town of Canterbury, Connecticut was the perfect setting to encourage my writing career. My love of outdoors life and sense of good humor made it easy to bring to life my first books, the Gone Fishing trilogy. Gone Fishing started as a series of newsletters, Fishing Weekly, which was extremely popular with friends and fellow fishermen. They demanded more, and so the Gone Fishing trilogy was hatched. And now my new book, The Summer of Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, is ready to delight my readers again! After retiring from forty plus years in healthcare information management, I have found my passion in writing. I love to end my day with a glass of wine, talking with my husband and taking in all that Mother Nature has to offer.
