Jake Fiennes is Head of Conservation for the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate in North Norfolk. With a thirty-year career in land management his advice is sought after by key players in conservation and agriculture - including the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA), the NFU, the Prince of Wales, the National Trust, the RSPB, Natural England, amongst others. Previously, Fiennes worked at the Raveningham and Knepp Castle Estates building up extensive experience and an understanding of hoe farming impacts our natural environments, and how with the right approach we can rebuild biodiversity while still producing food.
