After having studied culinary arts at the San Diego Culinary Institute, she began working in San Diego at first. Then she moved to New York for a few years and later decided to go back to her beloved Los Angeles and dedicate her career and personal life to her passion for a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. Lately, she decided to share her knowledge with as many people as possible, covering the most relevant and promising trends in the nutrition business. Her motto is "healthy food is twice as good!"
