Dr. Nancy Doyle, C. Psychol, is the founder and Chief Science Officer of Genius Within CIC, an international B-corp focused on neurodiversity inclusion. Genius Within provides coaching, assessments, training, HR consultancy, and digital services to businesses globally, winning the Queen's Award for Business in 2022. A Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist, Nancy has specialized in disability inclusion since the 1990s. She co-founded the Centre for Neurodiversity at Work, is a Forbes columnist, and BBC documentary maker.
