U.S. Army Chaplain (Col.) David Giammona, Ret., President of Battle Ready Ministries, is an end-time expert, scholar, author, writer, and speaker. He and Troy Anderson wrote the number one bestselling book The Military Guide to Armageddon released January 2021 and their second book in the series, The Military Guide to Disarming Deception is due for release on August 9. His Army assignments include four years in the Pentagon as the Personnel Assignments Officer for the Chief of Chaplains, three tours of combat in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Saudi Arabia, and extensive travel throughout the world as a trainer, mentor, and coach. In 2018, after 32 years of military service in the Army, he retired. The colonel's last assignment to Installation Management Command (IMCOM) in San Antonio, Texas made him responsible for religious support on all 75 Army installations around the world. The Army chaplain's education and his awards present a pattern of excellence. In 1988, Col. Giammona applied his Master of Divinity degree from Golden Gate Baptist Seminary to become an ordained Assemblies of God minister. But his education also includes a Master of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Seminary, a Master of Science in Counseling – Marriage/Family Therapy from Columbus State University, and a Master of Strategic Studies (MSS) from Army War College. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, and Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal but above all these things he prizes his marriage to his wife Esther Giammona. Today the colonel is dedicating his life to preparing the church and warning the world about the end times through writing and speaking.
