Dr. Charles R. Fox, Jr., a native of Brooklyn, New York, is senior pastor of Victory Breakthrough Ministries in Bowie, Maryland. Before founding VBM, Dr. Fox served as the senior pastor for Christ Community Church for 12 years and previously taught at Regent University at the undergraduate and graduate levels where he served the university in a variety ways such as Faculty Chair of Religious Studies,Director of Urban Outreach, and Director of Field Education. Dr. Fox has a heart for revival and believes in advancing the kingdom of God by preaching the gospel with signs, wonders, miracles and spiritual gifts.
