He holds bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees in different fields. Bill held professional positions in two corporations and two government entities. Fun Fact: There are some similarities between "Mr. Taylor," the leading man in this story, and Bill Barbic, an author. Both were engineers. Mr. Taylor grew to have a crush on Miss Angel during the story, and Bill did the same with his coauthor, Wanda!
