Hi there, Thanks for visiting me here on Author Central! As a speaker, teacher and Consciousness Coac h dedicated to creating a Higher Vibe on the planet I have also worked as a Licensed Massage therapist and BodyMind Energy Healer for over 3 decades. My focus has been the integration of Body,Mind & Spirit through out my professional life. If there is one thing that I have noticed with working with individuals and groups for so many years it is that people have a well honed ability to take things really seriously. We seem to be able can kill the joy in situations with great ease! After recently re-watching the Bob Newhart bit with the client spinning their tale of woe and the now iconic "Stop it" episode and laughing really hard it occurred to me that we really do all need our daily dose of laughs. Along side that we can also use tools, support and a guiding hand to get through while we shed the heavy stuff of life, discover our path and create and nurture the joyful place inside ourselves. So the message is that we might consider eliminating that which creates a heavy vibe or kills joy in our life. And we might like to increase our opportunities to have more fun and joy inducing activities! In other words choose more Joy!! In that vein, in my personal life, I can be found on a Pickleball court PLAYING for exercise, in the water or on my paddle board or playing with the little ones in my life plotting how we can have more fun! Professionally I have recently started PLAYING with things I had left behind. Things that bring me Joy! Adding audio acting in the form of narrating Audible books had been a total delight. Singing for and with others and PLAYING Music had taken a back seat in life. I am doing that more and loving it! So I ask you... What brings you joy? What kills your joy? What might raise the vibe in your life? What if we would always choose more of that? Thanks for reading!
