Amy J. Wilson is a change leader, community builder, and empathy advocate helping organizations build cultures of trust, resilience, and well-being. She is the founder of Culture Shift Studio and Healing for Work, where she equips leaders and teams to embed emotional intelligence and human-centered leadership into everyday practice. A former White House Presidential Innovation Fellow, Amy has led cultural change across government, healthcare, tech, and mission-driven organizations. Her journey began in AmeriCorps rebuilding homes after Hurricane Katrina and continued through roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Aspen Institute. She is the author of Empathy for Change: How to Create a More Understanding World, and creator of the Thriving Together Framework and Steps to Unlearning. In her free time, she bakes pies, travels, and tells stories that spark collective healing.
