Beasts by Sheridan Anne is a dark reverse harem mafia romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Kelsey Navarro. This is a Depraved Sinners novella.

I absolutely love Sheridan's books! She has had me hooked since the first book in this series. I love the relationship between Shayne, Roman, Marcus, and Levi. I really enjoyed getting more of their story.

Kelsey did a great job on the narration. She really knows how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of her work in the future.

I would highly recommend this series if you like dark romances, captive romances, mafia romances, reverse harems, or romantic suspense.

Our favorite depraved sinners Marcus, Levi, Roman, and Shayne are back now a family with Sebastian school aged there is a new threat to the empire and the DeAngelis family has to stand tall. Loved this look into the family and how they are years later and knowing nothing has changed and wanting to add to their family.

This is exactly what I expected of the DeAngelis brothers. I knew their lives wouldn't just be sunshine and rainbows. They strive for chaos and thrive on it too.

The drama, the chaos, the danger... it was all so tightly packed in this short story. I just loved it.

It was the perfect addition to their story. A nice little added touch. The darkness is right in line with the rest of the series and I was here for it.

Kelsey Navarro did just as good with this story as she did with the rest of the series. I loved it.

I loved this bonus novella to revisit the world of the Depraved Sinners. We got a taste of what their lives have been like since the end of Maniacs. I enjoyed everything we got here. The heat, the heart, the family and connection. This might have been a short story, but a lot was packed into it, and it was perfectly narrated by Kelsey Navarro. Sheridan Anne is a must read author for me and this story was just a small sample of why.

This was a great send off to the series. The Sebastian plotline was really engaging and added some real stakes; he is such a little character and I love what he has brought out in Shane and Roman. Roman being a father was such a key part in the previous books and I liked seeing him thrive in that role. Kelsey Navarro narrating is always great but I loved the warmth she brought out in these characters whilst still maintaining their edge. Glad to see Dill and Doe were still around too!

3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read

Those DeAngelis brothers. I am so glad we get to revisit this family! It's fun to get the chance to see where my favorites have ended up. Roman, Levi, and Marcus are just as in love with Shayne as they were five years ago. Now they have a son, Sebastian, and he has been taken. By who and why? These men will do anything for their own, and they are on a rampage. The best of the best as they all do what needs to be done, and come out with a surprise no one sees coming. Plus what a kid Sebastian is! This is a dark and delicious addition to the series!

Kelsey Navarro reprises her role and she pulls out all the stops with these characters! It's so much fun to hear her again as these people, bringing their personalities back and making me remember just why I loved listening to this series. She is amazing and the perfect voice for these characters.

This is may be a short listen, but what a ride. We get to see into the future of those de Angelis men. We have the right about of heat, steam, action murder and action. Brilliant characters.
