Really Useful

Good use of stories to illustrate how different types of ADD manifest in life settings. I didn't realise how many forms there were and I have developed a much better understanding of some of my friends and patients. I was not taught about ADHD/ADD at university as it wasn't something commonly diagnosed at the time. Now, I'm reconsidering some patients diagnosis who have not responded to their current diagnosis treatment. Food for thought

The best book on ADD out there

I’ve read several books on ADHD/ADD and this is by far the best. It explains what it is and how it affects life in such simple terms.
I identified so much with many of the symptoms . Excellently written.

knowledgeable.

it was very informative, and highlights many things I've experienced in my life, but the information tends to be repeated many many times. overall well worth the listen if you suffer with ADD.

Good for examples of ADD behaviour

Good for examples of ADD behaviour, not very good for methods of dealing with that behaviour. Needs a more in depth section on those methods, not a rushed list like part at the end of the book.
