We Always Are As We Always Were is a universal viewpoint that blends science with the spiritual and philosophical with action. It is not easy, but is possible, to rise with the tide, above the crashing waves of grief using a right-for-you life preserver. This is such a handbook to listen to, practice, and provide to another. No one lives without being affected by death. In the middle of, or in advance of the tears, this perspective will produce.

We tell positive stories of people who, thrive in life, connect with others, and contribute to the world in the face of adversity. We ask and answer this one question: "Tell me about a time when you were resilient." Why "Thrive. Connect. Contribute."? You are here on earth to connect with others and contribute to the world. But before you can connect and contribute, you must first practice self-care. In other words, you must thrive. Thrive. Connect. Contribute. In that order. 

These are my ramblings. As it was once said, Not all who wander are lost. I often wonder if I am wandering or lost. Join me on an adventure of self- discovery and life learning. Let us wander together, and see if we can't find if we cant find whatever it is that we are looking for.
