Once more, my friends and colleagues and I have banded together to compose literature connecting astronomy and mythology to create Of Gods and Globes II. Each one of us chose a name that connected astronomy and mythology.

Something is buried beneath the watcher tree in the woods—a metal box with treasure inside. But what kind of treasure? Gold? Secrets? Memories? And who buried the box at the base of the spookiest tree in Stony Brooke? The tree with a reputation for snatching children and gobbling them up. Jordan and Holly discover the box on one of their adventures and crack it open to find unusual objects inside.

Old Mr. Berkshire hasn’t opened his attic in years. So long, in fact, that the door is covered in cobwebs. But why is it locked? To keep people out or to keep something in? Holly is certain Mr. Berkshire has a mysterious secret hidden away inside, and he doesn’t want it to escape. When the lonely, old man admits to being haunted by what’s behind that door, and he accidentally lets it free, Holly and Jordan set out to find the ghost from Mr. Berkshire’s attic.
