    Zee's DEI Digest 2.0 is here, and episode one saw an interesting conversation with Rahul Gajjal, a digital content writer at Zee Telugu, who is visually impaired yet thrives in his job thanks to his sheer determination and drive.

    Rahul is an Assistant Manager at Zee 5, which entails writing as well as managing his team of digital content writers. He is responsible for overseeing their work and ensuring that all their content, is high quality and meets our standards. 
    Rahul loves writing and playing the keyboard and piano - both for his own pleasure and for the pleasure of helping others.

    Rahul says, “Nowhere at Zee has my disability got in between, it’s been smooth and I’m really happy about it. My team is very empathetic and also very inclusive.”
