I listened to the series backwards from Series 24 often hearing comments about being careful or someone will complain. At first I thought this was part of the comedy. I loved the show.

Unfortunately, the closer to Series 1 the more repetitive and nasty the humour is encouraged to be. Finally, episode 1 of Series 1 the show opens with cruel humour that’s purpose is to shock. Couldn’t get beyond 5 minutes and the animal torture as a subject of humour. Can understand the complaints. These shows are scripted so can only blame the writers. Recommend you skip Series 1-15.
