The Phonebox Podcast With Emma Conway

By: Emma Conway
  • Summary

  • The Phonebox Podcast with Emma Conway (brummymummyof2) is a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Each week a guest calls in from their local phonebox to chat about teenage life growing up in the 80s, 90s and 00s.

Did they prefer Take That or the Spice Girls? Home Away or Neighbours? Blur or Oasis? The highs, the lows, the laughs and that all important first sloppy snog. Shove your walkman on and reminisce about a time before social media. When Top Of The Pops was the highlight of your week and you slightly regretted getting that perm.

Brilliant

Next time I must not listen in a coffee shop as I received some very strange looks as I snorted into my coffee. Had to really fight the urge to shout 'YES' a few times. Looking forward to the next one ❤️

Hilarious

Such a fun and hilarious podcast. Emma is so down to earth. As a teenager in the early 2000's I can totally relate to this time. Currently listening on the bus and have lol a few times!! 🤣🤣

Like a conversation with friends

Love these 2 ladies & follow them both on Instagram. When I saw on Emma's Insta that this was launching, I couldn't wait to listen. Love the content, the style, literally the only criticism is that it wasn't long enough, I could have listened to them chatting a lot longer. Loved it!
