Jefferson is The Best!

Since the very first reel I saw of Jefferson on Instagram I was hooked on his advice.
Jefferson answers a lot of questions I’ve had in my mind about how to handle certain situations or people. He delivers the information in such a way that I completely understand, relate with and have even found ways to apply in my life.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and nature with the rest of us Jefferson. Your voice has now got a place in my mind that will help me in those situations I previously did not know how to approach. The world is a better place with you in it and I wish you success and happiness!

Taking a breath

I came across your posts on instagram and have been hooked ever since. I blurt out responses and continue to talk and talk and talk. Taking a breath is the key for me, it’s my first word, a breath, what a revelation. My brain runs at a million miles an hour, late diagnosis of ADHD has given me clarity about the way I communicate. Your podcasts are perfect for me, your clear and use simple language and techniques. I fill silence with fluff, I’m going to practice getting comfortable with silence. Thank you, you have made a huge difference to my life
