I’ve watched Soph on tik tok for a long time now she really helped me after having my little one I was in a bad place and watching her lives always helped me because she’s so positive so I just want to say a massive thank you to her you really helped me through such a tough time ❤️

I watch soph on Instagram and love her, I actual feel like a friend sat having a cuppa with her in the mornings! but now with this too, her and Emma just flow so well together and it's such a easy listen. wish it was longer! x
