  • Summary

  • This is the Scale with Psychology podcast, where you’re going to optimize your psychology to exponentially scale your business and become the ultimate version of yourself, so you can effortlessly create extraordinary business success and personal wellbeing. Entrepreneurship is a mental game, and the main constraint in any business is not the strategies and tactics but the psychology of the founder - because every next level of your business requires the next level of you, and stepping into the version of you that can build and run the next level of your business is one of the hardest things entrepreneurs have to do - because the psychology that got you this far, is now the very thing holding you back. Not only do you need to up level your thinking, belief systems, character traits, leadership ability and skills at each stage of your business, but you have to let go of your current identity, patterns, habits that just aren’t compatible with the next level of your business. I’m your host, Ani Manian, widely known as ‘The Mind Whisperer,’ and trusted advisor to the world's top entrepreneurs, and leaders and with each episode I’m going to help you take your life and business to levels you never thought possible. If you’re ready to play the game of life and business on god mode, then this is the podcast for you.

Most entrepreneurs feel trapped in their business.

Being imprisoned by the thing you have created is a real buzz kill.

Hard to enjoy the zillions when you resent the thing that’s creating it.

    Why does this happen?

After all, there are so many strategies and tactics available to ‘buy back your time.’

If your nervous system was wired to survive in chaos, it will do anything to avoid ease.

When busy feels safe - space, simplicity and stillness feels like a threat.

(or at the very least boring)

Either way, this means you inject complexity & unpredictability into your business.

Ever wonder why you keep creating more stuff - more offers, more meetings, more “urgent” tasks to fill your calendar?

Well…busyness is the ultimate coping mechanism.

It keeps you distracted from the discomfort of stillness.

It gives you a sense of control when everything else feels uncertain.

And that constant drive to do more, more, more?

It’s your nervous system stuck in overdrive, craving the adrenaline of the next task, the next launch, the next shiny idea.

(not to be confused with actual ambition)

    But here’s the catch:

    This cycle isn’t sustainable.

And worse, it’s probably keeping you from the actual growth and freedom you started your business for in the first place.

Simplicity - focusing on fewer things, building systems that run without you, leaving space in your day, can feel terrifying at first.

    Why?

Because simplicity forces you to slow down.

To trust the systems you’ve built.

To stop proving your worth through constant action.

For a nervous system wired for chaos, that can feel like losing control.

    Here’s the truth:

Empty space on your calendar isn’t the absence of progress.

It’s the foundation for exponential growth.

(of course, you must be doing the RIGHT things when you do work)

If you want a business where:

Your calendar feels like a tool for freedom, not a cage

Your offers are simple, scalable, and wildly profitable

Your nervous system feels calm and grounded, even when there’s a lot going on

Then you have to make it safe for your body to not be constantly busy.

If you feel that resistance creeping in - the voice saying, “But if I slow down, everything will fall apart” - pause for a moment.

    That’s not reality.

That’s your nervous system clinging to old patterns.

The work here isn’t just simplifying your business - it’s rewiring your relationship with safety, success, and freedom.

Btw this is one of the core things I work with entrepreneurs on in The Accelerator.

This is what leads to a business that just ‘feels right’.

It’s what allows you to get off the hamster wheel.

You don’t have to hustle your way to millions.

You can build it with ease.
