    Season 2 Episode 1 of QuinnCast has officially arrived, and it begins with a bang (careful) in true ramble style. Equal parts vulnerable, hilarious, and a tad unhinged, this episode dives into how we first learned about sex… and we use the word “learned” very loosely here. Because let’s be real, many of us pieced it together from awkward sex-ed lessons, weird whispers on the playground, and a lot of silence from the adults around us.

    We’re unpacking the way those early experiences shaped our understanding of sex, consent, and pleasure. From the strange mythology of “the bases” to what sex-ed class didn’t teach, this episode reflects on the stories we grew up with and the ones we had to write ourselves.

    We’re reflecting on what puberty looks like around the world and how those experiences can vary greatly for girls and women depending on their location. Additionally, we address the glaring gaps, such as how anything outside of a heterosexual relationship was barely mentioned, if at all.
