Easy to follow and practice
I love your voice - relaxing and melodic. I’m new to mindfulness and to help me in my recovery from illness back to being healthier and stronger - mentally as much as physically and to help me manage it long term
The episodes really help me manage high anxiety and sometimes abject fear about what’s ahead and to give me some perspective
Really helped me normalise how I feel and that I am not alone
