The Pittsburgh Steelers lose their first game of the season as their comeback effort comes up short in a 27-24 defeat to the Indianapolis Colts. Christopher Carter explains what cost the game, but also why Justin Fields' play looks promising and a further sign he should be the Steelers' starting quarterback. Fields scored three touchdowns in succession, and that might be a sign that Arthur Smith's offense could adjust to his playmaking abilities.

Also, what was wrong with the defense? The lack of turnovers combined with poor coverage efforts from Joey Porter Jr. allowed a Colts offense to move the ball through the air much easier than the Steelers had allowed other teams this season. Is that a bump in the road? Or bad sign for the future?

Finally, is the Steelers offensive line in trouble with all their injuries? Isaac Seumalo and Troy Fautanu were joined by James Daniels as injured starters, and now big questions face the line with Zach Frazier's costly early snap that killed the comeback drive.
