clear, engaging, bitesize

lovely introduction to psychology, well performed. II'm applying for psychiatry training and this feels like a nice grounding in the psychology /psychotherapy principles. The only thing that would add to it I feel would be having two presenters discussing the concepts in a more natural way than just reading a script , which is essentially what this is.
