Speaking live in front of an audience at the Denver Film Festival, the actor revealed how she and director Mike Leigh reunited almost 30 years after making Secrets & Lies. She also told Rebecca and Richard about the unusual process she went through to create Pansy, which required her to take inspiration from 100 real people. Finally, she answers a few audience questions, and lets everyone know what type of role she's still itching to play.

Happy Holidays! Rebecca spoke with British actor Nicholas Hoult about his latest film, Nosferatu, which hit theaters Christmas Day. Hoult is having a very busy season, with three films — Nosferatu, The Order, and Juror #2—coming out within a few weeks of each other. He revealed his crazy shooting schedule for all three back-to-back, and spoke about working with the directors, who all had very different styles. Plus, he played a round of Proust Questionnaire Roulette.

The Oscar-nominated actress talks to Rebecca about the film's bold and honest take on motherhood and relationships. While making the film, in which she plays a mother who is convinced she's turning into a dog, Adams says she learned to accept both her character and herself in a new way. "I wasn't judging myself, and I was meeting her where I was at and approaching it without vanity," she says. Plus, Adams looks back on making films like Enchanted and Sunshine Cleaning, and reveals what she did when she debated leaving acting for good.
