    Max Verstappen received two penalties for his on-track actions against Lando Norris during the Mexico City Grand Prix. Both instances saw him pushing the limits of the overtaking guidelines and going beyond the limits. This controversy once again overshadowed another brilliant Ferrari win, this time in the hands of Carlos Sainz.
