• Video: Joe Biden's Legacy
    Jan 7 2025

RedState headline: Joe Biden's Legacy Will Be That of a Criminally Incompetent Buffoon and Nothing Can Change That Verdict.

But something can change that verdict. It’s actually very simple — and an easy action to take if Joe Biden wants an historic legacy.

All Joe Biden has to do is to resign the presidency on January 18th and open the path for Kamala Harris to become U.S. president for a few days.

What will Biden gain from this action?

Here are a few of the benefits for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party:

    1. The Democrats get to brag about having the first woman president in U.S. history. Biden would get credit for making that happen. That would put both Harris and Biden into the history books for hundreds of years.

    2. People might even forget the corruption, imbecility, and incompetence of the Biden-Harris administration.

    3. Kamala Harris becomes the 47th president of the United States. Donald Trump would have to settle for being the 48th president. Trump might have to re-do his stationery and other paperwork.

    4. Donald Trump would be forced to accept the transfer of government from Kamala Harris rather than Joe Biden.

    5. Kamala, being the first woman president, would re-energize the moribund Democrat party. That energy could make a difference in 2026 and 2028.

“A rational voter should evaluate the respective positions of the two candidates on fiscal policy, immigration policy, border security, foreign policy, criminal justice policy, commitment to the First and Second Amendments, the tension between the rights of biological women versus trans women (biological males), and their stance on meritocracy versus diversity, inclusion, and equity.” — Gad Saad, Newsweek opinion piece

  • Derek Taylor: On Civil Rights
    May 16 2024

That is the apparent contradiction we face as we continue this struggle for the civil rights of our fellow New Yorkers and our fellow Americans. On the one hand, to hate this system, our system enough to fight it but on the other hand, to love it enough, love it enough to think it's worth fighting for. Nothing else will do for us but this profoundly Christian habit of defeating a contradiction by fully embracing both sides of it. — Derek Taylor, software engineer and 2nd amendment champion

For me, it’s family first, me second. God first, me second. And when you’re run by those rules, things are a lot easier. You’re not as tempted to do stupid things. … We all make mistakes every single day. But it’s how we get up the next day and kind of dust it off that dictates what kind of person you are. — Neal McDonough, actor
