Loved it! was very engaging and inspirational. Has encouraged me as I'm in my mid fifties that life doesn't stop when you get old especially for the things you love. it's also important you keep yourself occupied as you grow old such as a hobby or something you've been wanting to do whilst younger. I'm really glad I took up cycling in my mid forties and ice skating mid fifties!

I adore Miriam Margolyes and selected this podcast for her but she makes it very clear it’s about those she is interviewing.
A wonderful mix of people of a certain age sensitively handled , full of humour and joy without ever feeling patronising. Thank you Dame Miriam, as her name now should be .

There were mixed reviews however I'm glad I listened. Brilliant each storey from a wide range of backgrounds with different life changing experiences. Miriam does warn of bad language which I found to be non offensive and only used rarely and it context. Must listen to this but do keep away from young ears ❤️
