Do you lose track of the days between Christmas and New Year’s? I know, me too! Yet, this is the exact moment most influential leaders implore us to make critical life declarations. The infamous “Word of the Year” or New Year’s Resolutions racket.

Look, I decided a long time ago I was not a “Word of the Year” kind of girl. Too much pressure. And resolutions? They’re often hopeful but not always helpful. Instead, join me and take a few moments to prayerfully ponder some reflection questions as we turn the calendar page.
