The tick of the clock.
I disliked the ticking noise of the clock because I could not go to sleep!

Really irritating - stopped part way in
I've been enjoying these Sienna Miller sleep stories and they've even having the desired effect of sending me to sleep with the exception of this episode.
I found the sound of rain pinging on metal extremely irritating and had to turn it off.
It wasn't just I wasn't sleepy as the next episode worked. It was just such an irritating sound!

Not Relaxing
I love the Sienna Miller Sleep Stories. And the performance and story are still lovely. However, the ambient noise is horrendous in this. It’s poorly mixed and the constant clanging of metal makes it unlistenable and not at all relaxing.
