I really liked the way Michael gave the cliff analogy; how easy it is to take one step over the cliff edge but at same time it’s the most difficult step to take due to our unwillingness, similarly to give up our ego and realise the Awareness needs one step taken but we as humans hold on to our identities and ego purely for survival.
