In this heartfelt episode I am joined by a 2x Olympian and World Champion athelete Olivia Smoliga who shares about her transformative journey towards self-acceptance and inner peace. As a world-class swimmer who shone at the Japan 2023 Olympics, Olivia reflects on how she has grown more comfortable and authentic with herself, overcoming past social anxieties and embracing her true self. She describes her deepening relationship with herself and the joy of loving every aspect of who she is, including her quirks and imperfections.

It’s been a true honour and joy to work with Olivia as my private client and inside of The Field mastermind.

Olivia shares how tapping into her spiritual side and expanding her consciousness has led her to a place where external validation no longer defines her worth; instead, she finds fulfillment in her intrinsic self-love and continuous personal growth.

“After facing burnout and bouts of depression and anxiety sprinkled throughout my career, I was yearning for an expansion into a new stage of my life. One where I was connected to my femininity and womanhood, knowing this would guide me into a deeper appreciation of myself, filled with revelations embedded within my body, that I felt I couldn’t grasp by just using her mind. Within Sofia’s mentorship container, I felt like a kid in a candy store. Classes, modules, courses about womanhood, wealth, and emotional regulation, to name a few. All presented in very unique ways - specifically with the intention of dropping into the body - somatic practices, for those familiar. Not only was I able to experience the breadth of this wisdom - drawn from yoga, Tantra, Taosim, Buddhism, and transpersonal psychology, I felt my biggest transformations being mentored 1-on-1 with Sofia. Here I unpacked wounds, triggers, blocks and veils that stood in the way of embracing the fullness of my being. It was with this sacred work that I found what I always wanted - a freedom to be all that I am.”
