I try to drive home the importance of knowing which bracket you fall into because it should impact the how, when and what we do to get to that fat loss goal. There is a cost involved in fat loss and when we are aiming for health, the price is far worth the outcome. But when our goals are more aesthetically centered, the cost steepens and it's not always worth the price that must be paid. All this and more in today's episode of the Burns Fitness Podcast.
