She attended Christian school through grade 8, followed by Bible College and a Christian university. Struggling to fit in and find work I truly enjoyed, she explored various careers—from legal assistant to support worker for the elderly, admin roles, call centers, and banking. Her journey eventually led her to study voiceover for several years before stepping into her current role as a life coach and mentor, where she helps others find encouragement, nuance, and empowerment. She has always been passionate about personal growth, psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. At 18, she prayed for wisdom, seeking to understand herself, others, and the world in a way that brought peace. In her 30s, she discovered she is a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a realization that transformed her perspective and helped her to see that her sensitivity wasn’t a flaw but a strength— one that required healthy boundaries and energy management. Now, she uses her experiences to guide others in navigating their own journeys with greater self-awareness and clarity.
