The most practical, calming book for first time parents

This book is incredible; oozing with knowledge, advice and encouragement for first time parents. I felt so much calmer and confident after listening to and revisiting this, learning to trust my instincts. The answers to questions I had (and didn’t even know I needed to ask!) weren’t just answered but also explained and broken down.
The best new baby / parenting book around!
