Julia Whelan is a good voice
Very emotional and erratic doctor and men who seem to be complete waste of space or utterly wonderful. A 2 dimensional story.

Wasn’t for me
This book wasn’t for me. I really wanted to like it because I have loved past Corinne Michaels books.
I didn’t feel a connection to the characters, Serenity was all over the place and how she was portrayed didn’t match with how she acted. I think Weston deserved someone better after how Serenity treated him.
There was some deep issues in this book and Corinne Michaels always gives you all the feels.

This cured my off-season craving for Greys Anatomy
I loved the setting, the characters and especially the tension. I'm a huge fan of the author so I expected to enjoy this one and let me tell you, she did not disappoint. i highly recommend.

A great rebound read
After being on emotional rollercoasters for the past reads, this brought me back down to earth. To a love and choice type of relationship, that is real and cerebral. Amazingly written and full of emotion.

An easy listen.
Not the best not the worst. It was an average book. The story was a little predictable but I enjoyed it overall. It’s so obvious the men in the book are written by a woman as the things they say are not what any man says unless he’s incredibly cheesy. I found the undying love speeches from the men a little repetitive and cringey but over all it was s good story and I liked the book.
