Yoga Nidra: Achieving Inner Peace
Yoga Nidra meditations can put you in a state of inner calm. Feeling safe is a big part of the meditations. I loved listening to the narration. You have to hear it for yourself to gain the full effect. This is book 3 of the series.
It's about trusting your body's wisdom. What does your body need, and where does it need support? Yoga Nidra meditations also shift the listener into the subconscious. I like how you can't get it wrong. There is no 100% perfect way of submitting to the meditations.
The practice can be done at any part of the day. It can be a practice to get to or return to sleep. Again, trust is the key to this meditation. The author provides everything that speaks to you for the best results.
