Войны, катаклизмы, обнищание населения привели к тому, что огромное число людей обратились к сомнительным вероучениям и хитрым мошенникам, игравшим роль проповедников. Только поэтому стали возможны случаи массовых смертей - убийств и самоубийств. Но какая, в сущности, разница - убийство ради убийства или убийство во имя идеи. В любом случае она остается преступлением против людей.
