About this listen
Understanding ADHD is the first step. Learning to manage it changes everything. Every day, you wake up with the best intentions, but as soon as the day begins, chaos takes over. You forget important appointments, lose track of priorities, and even the simplest tasks become overwhelming. You jump from one task to another without ever finishing one, and your home, your desk, your mind—everything feels like a mess. Procrastination, frustration, distraction. You constantly feel behind, like you're failing in every area of your life—work, relationships, daily responsibilities. And while you struggle to keep everything under control, the world around you seems to flow effortlessly, leaving you trapped in a cycle of disorganization and guilt.
If you experience these struggles every day, then you already know what it’s like to live with ADHD as a woman. But what if you could finally manage these symptoms and take back control of your life? The problem isn’t you. The problem is that no one ever taught you how your brain actually works.
Most books on ADHD simply list theories and generic advice, leaving you with more questions than answers. Women, This is ADHD is different. Instead of an impersonal, theoretical approach, this book takes you inside a real therapeutic journey between Rachel and Dr. Gibbs, the therapist who helped her understand, manage, and overcome ADHD. Through these real-life conversations, you’ll witness what happens in an actual therapy session, learning the right questions to ask yourself, the blind spots to uncover, and the strategies that truly work for a neurodivergent mind.
What you’ll learn:
- Manage ADHD symptoms and overcome daily struggles.
- Improve relationships and communication.
- Boost focus & productivity—without stress.
- Unlock your potential & achieve success.
- Balance personal life, family, and work.
- Change the way you see yourself.
Now it’s your turn. All of this is possible. Download now and start your journey today!

The Book I Needed 10 Years Ago
I spent my whole life thinking I was just lazy, scattered, and ‘bad’ at being an adult. Then I got diagnosed with ADHD at 32, and this book made me realize how much I had been gaslighting myself. Rachel's struggles with deadlines, relationships, and self-esteem were like reading my own journal. If you're wondering why ADHD feels so different for women, this audiobook will give you the answers.
