My only complaint is the production... some chapter starts seem to miss half the title.

Although the objective appears to be about weight loss, it is so much more than that, weight loss will be a positive byproduct of an improved knowledge of how the body works. I will be reading again and use as a point of reference.
The narrator delivered the book in a clear manor with the added bonus of applying personality to draw you in to the content.
Well done and thank you to the author for being honest.

I'd recommend this book to everyone because even if they are following the recommendations of the author by accident or by good habits, they likely know someone who doesn't. It will alter anyone's perception of overweight people, struggling with their weight or trying to diet and failing. It certainly has for me: highly recommended.
