Bad transitions

We have the noise up quite loud and then all of the sudden at the end of a chapter, it goes quiet. Then a voice loudly announces ‘CHAPTER TWO’ making us all jump out of our skin. This is not conducive to sleep in any way. Wish I hadn’t bought it.
