Worth a listen
I was about to switch audiobooks when the author started mixing fairies with vampires, but the way the author writes kept me compelled to read on. I am pleased I did and I throughly enjoyed the book but I don’t think I will rush out for the next book in the series.

Good start to a series, but hope the pace quickens
Good premise to the story, although the storyline was quite slow paced. Hopefully that improves throughout the series.
The last few chapters were great, a lot of drama, suspense and danger!
I’m not going to lie, I didn’t like the fact Olivia died, but it has me intrigued as to how the story progresses. Especially since she didn’t want Finn to seek vengeance, and that seems to be all he has in his mind now!
I listened to the audiobook, which the narrator did a great job with. Took me a little bit of time to get used to her voice, but she did a great job portraying all emotions and differentiating between the characters.
