And that ending I really thought it was true ( no I’m not telling you ) i was almost in tears which is something for me as I don’t do crying at books.

This last book was a punch in the gut. They had already been through so much and I thought this time things would fall into place, but no, of course not. This was the most angsty book of the series, and I struggled to get through some parts.
I wish I could rate it 5 stars, but with all the violence and heavy plot, plus the lack of humor and banter present in the previous books, I just couldn't enjoy it as much as I had anticipated.
TW for violence on page, both physical and mental, involving the MCs.
* Perfect narration, I'll miss Mr. Scott's voice and accents.
