Leslie has DVDs you can buy, workouts on YouTube you can use, Facebook groups for support and an app you can find 25 years of workout programmes on. Her walking programmes can be done at home and are low impact and no floor work. This book is a great introduction to her and her programme and I'd highly recommend it. I've been using the programme for 3 weeks and it's been life changing.
