My first MC book I read and I fell in love with MC novels.

Madeline Sheehan is an amazing author and I read and re-read her novels all the time. I even have them on audio book.

This is not a happy story. It is a story about two people who have suffered and then suffered some more. About love that can and will become forever.

Eve Fox (Age 4) meet Deuce West (Age 22) at Rikers Island whilst visiting her father. Her father Damon Fox (Preacher) is the President of the Silver Demons Motorcycle Club (Mother Chapter). Deuce's Father was "Reaper" President of the Hell's Horseman. Deuce and Eve have been raised in MC's for better or worse. Each having the love of MC brothers.

After a few meetings over the years, Eve realizes that Deuce is the reason for her existence and all she wants is Deuce.

Fate continues to bring them together time and time again, but their twisted journey is filled with pain, betrayal, and bloodshed that could tear them apart. Eva sees in Deuce what he cannot see in himself - a man worthy of love - and Eve spends her lifetime proving to him that her undeniable love is the one thing he can't live without.

Her voice was smooth and clear and expressive - it was almost like reading it myself

I can't wait for audible to get books 2 & 3 - I loved this book so much I've also bought it for my kindle

I am in love with this series. It is funny and keeping you on the edge. Would recommend this to everyone one who loves mc books!

This was real. It was dark. There's so many trigger warnings I can't even list them all. But MY GOD IT WAS GREAT. I swallowed this whole. I want all of this series right now.

Read this book so many times i didn't think i could enjoy it more but audio just adds to my love of the series!! really great narrator

there is definitely triggers in the story that left my stomach in knots (rape, toxic masculinity, bad parenting/bad choices) but then there is this love story for the ages with red hot chemistry between Eva & Deuce . i was rooting for them but they also pissed me off at times. i could not stop reading. that's how Madeline s genius comes in. i was on the edge of the seat with Tatiana narrating. Tatian did an amazing job , she nailed all the character and I enjoyed listening to her. Gave it 5 stars 🌟 because the story was was shocking , the characters well written, Tatian did a Fabulous job narrating. I'm worried for my sanity after reading this and enjoying it even though I cried and got anxious and triggered. i also laughed , smilled and got the fan out when the things got heated between Eva and Deuce, yep fireworks. I'm still triggered but I'm also glad I finished the book. I wonder what's in store with the other books in the series. I hope Deuce and Eva will show up just so we can see if they are living happily ever after because with these two anything can happen.

This is exactly what an MC book should be like! Dark and gritty but tread carefully as its full of triggers. In fact it most probably contains every one! It's a ride though with an HEA and I loved it!

Sorry but nobody would put up with this love or not, I love an MC romance but this is not romance it’s sick. Duce is completely unlikable and I can find redemption in most floored characters.

Horrific, it would be better if someone put a bomb under this club of assholes !
