Midt i en klunketid Benjamin Jacobsen (1915-1990) var en dansk forfatter, der blev særlig kendt for sine humoristiske skildringer af borgerskabet. Benjamin Jacobsen udgav både romaner, noveller og digte. Romanen "Midt i en Klunketid" fra 1955 dannede desuden grundlag for filmlystspillet "Krudt og klunker" fra 1958.
