Great book plenty of easy actionable advice
Some fantastic ideas in this book which are very clearly communicated by the author. Well worth the time to understand the simple concepts I found this book provided all the answers for me to organise my work and life. The 4 types of list concept is exactly what I was looking for, plus the idea of assigning "energy levels" to tasks and matching these to your own daily cycle is a game-changer as it's something I never even considered before. Great stuff.
